62nd Foundation Day of the Municipality of Cabatuan Isabela: Hon. Arnel U. Ty as Guest Speaker

The celebration of the 62nd Foundation Day of the Municipality of Cabatuan Isabela was held last November 5, 2011 with Hon. Arnel U. Ty of LPGMA Partylist and Hon. Napoleon S. Dy, 3rd District Congressman of Isabela to become the Guest Speaker of the said event. This is the night for a very special and outstanding people in Cabatuan Isabela as the Municipality distributes awards and recognizes their constituents from different barangays having their own special participation in the occasion.  

Also, as the celebration of their founding anniversary, the Municipal Mayor Honorable Cid A. Dayrit take this chance to express their sincerest thanks and profound gratitude to Hon. Arnel U. Ty, Representative of LPGMA Partylist for his invaluable support and unlimited assistance he gave to his constituents. Cong. Ty received a copy of finally resolved Municipal Resolution No. 2011-50 of Cabatuan Isabela.
